The services offered by N&D Cleaning Service LLC are:

Monthly service with a registered card. With the monthly membership, weekly cleaning with 2 hours of service and 2 cleaners (the price for extra hours is variable; a fee may apply for card payments).

Monthly cleaning with 2 hours of service and 2 cleaners. Does not include basement cleaning (the price for extra hours is variable; a fee may apply for card payments).

One-time cleaning / Deep cleaning / Move-in/move-out cleaning. Minimum of 3 hours of service with 2 cleaners. For move-in/move-out cleaning, the following will be cleaned: cabinets inside and out (must be empty), baseboards, vacuuming and mopping of floors, cleaning of appliances inside and out (must be empty), cleaning of blinds, fans, window sills, doors, and vent grilles.

Oven cleaning. Only available with cleaning package hire. Refrigerator cleaning. Only available with cleaning package hire. Washing dishes.

Organization and folding of closet clothes (does not include washing and ironing). The price is charged by the hour. Only available with cleaning package hire.

Disinfection by fogging, a powerful cleaning method that uses high-temperature steam to eliminate germs, bacteria, and viruses.

Terms and Conditions
N&D Cleaning Service LLC is pleased to offer you Cleaning Services, as defined in the following terms and conditions that govern the use of ndhousecleaning.com.
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the cleaning services provided by N&D Cleaning Service LLC to our clients. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Service Request
You, the client, contact N&D Cleaning Service LLC through the website, email, or social media (Instagram/Facebook/Tik Tok) to define the package or service of interest. N&D Cleaning Service LLC will work with you to define the service of interest and provide a quote.
If the quote is accepted by the client, N&D Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to initiate the service and/or modify the quoted amount in the event of any changes in the level of work of the property (which was not previously disclosed by the client) or the number and size of the various rooms, furniture, and exteriors included in the quote.
N&D Cleaning Service LLC will provide a quote that clearly defines the scope of the service to be performed. If the service is accepted, no additional activities outside the quoted scope will be performed.
Once the quote is accepted by the client, the service will be scheduled based on the availability of dates and times for N&D Cleaning Service LLC to carry out the quoted scope. Once the service date is scheduled, any changes to it by the client must be consulted with N&D Cleaning Service LLC to check availability. N&D Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to accept any date change for a scheduled service without any obligation to the client.
N&D Cleaning Service LLC will autonomously assign its associates and transmit the client's personal data and location to perform the service, as well as any special requests or comments made by the client through an internal work order. Therefore, the associates performing the service will not be able to make any changes to the scope of their activities or the duration of the service. The client's personal data is protected according to the privacy notice of N&D Cleaning Service LLC.
N&D Cleaning Service LLC will confirm the acceptance of the service with the client through the following means: Text Messages or phone calls.
Phone requests will be sent via text message and will provide the client with the identification details of the associate(s) who will perform the service. The associate from N&D Cleaning Service LLC will arrive at the client's location at the agreed-upon time. Any changes to the time and/or location by the client must be notified to N&D Cleaning Service LLC via phone or text message and accepted at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled Cleaning Service. Failure to do so will result in the full service fee being charged, and no refunds will be issued.
In the event that the personnel assigned to the contracted service arrive at the property to clean and are unable to access it, they will wait a maximum of 15 minutes. After that time, the staff from N&D Cleaning Service LLC will leave, and the service will need to be rescheduled (this rescheduling will incur a fee and will depend on the availability of dates from N&D Cleaning Service LLC).
The above clause applies to all sessions related to a service. If a service has already begun and needs to be rescheduled for reasons beyond our control, the full service fee will be charged.
Time for Service Completion:
In the quote provided to the client, N&D Cleaning Service LLC will include the estimated duration of the service, understood as the "Maximum Time" in which the staff of N&D Cleaning Service LLC can complete the entire service. It is possible that the service may finish earlier; therefore, the time stipulated in the quote does not imply that the staff must necessarily fulfill the entire duration at the location. Based on this point, the client is contracting a cleaning service, not the availability of the personnel attending to it. If the client wishes, they may pay for extra hours (variable amount).
Once a cleaning service has started, if the service is interrupted for reasons not attributable to N&D Cleaning Service LLC (such as interruptions by the client, lack of water, lack of electricity, or activities occurring within the property) that prevent the cleaning work from proceeding, the service schedule (as stipulated in the quote) will be followed as far as possible. Once the maximum time is concluded, the staff of N&D Cleaning Service LLC will consider the service completed without any responsibility towards the client, and no refund will be issued, unless the client agrees to pay for extra hours (previously predetermined price).
It is necessary that water and electricity services be available at the property where the cleaning work will be performed; otherwise, if the cleaning team is present at the location and these services are not available, the normal service fee will be charged even if the service has not been performed.
If the area of the property where the service will be performed presents issues with water or electricity services that affect the work of the N&D Cleaning Service LLC team, if the client notifies us 30 or 60 minutes before the service, no commission fee will be charged. Otherwise, a commission fee will apply.
The equipment, vehicles, or any other resources used to perform a service are NOT available to the contractor; therefore, under no circumstances may they be lent or used by another person or for purposes other than those specifically designated by N&D Cleaning Service LLC.
Clients may provide N&D Cleaning Service LLC feedback on the Cleaning Service, including any failures or errors related to such service. This information may be used by N&D Cleaning Service LLC to improve and perfect the Services. In this regard, Users grant the Company a non-exclusive, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, disclose, distribute, modify, and exploit such feedback without any restrictions.
Cancellation of Cleaning Service:
If you wish to cancel the scheduled Cleaning Service, a cancellation notice is required at least 24 hours in advance of the originally scheduled service. Notification must be made via phone call or text message. N&D Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to charge a $30 fee to cover administrative costs resulting from the cancellation of the service. In the event that the Client fails to cancel the service, and it cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the client and not to the associate or us, the total hours reserved will be charged. If the Client cancels the service on the same day it is scheduled, the total hours reserved will be charged.
The price of the services offered depends on the desired cleaning package, additional services, extra hours, and the type of service that the client requires. If the service has not been paid for within 24 hours after its completion, a commission of 6% will be charged (the commission may vary).
The service is guaranteed for 24 hours. After the following 24 hours after the service, any damage or deficiency in the service must be reported for action to be taken. Services canceled for a justified reason less than 24 hours before the service will incur a fee. Damages must be reported within the next 24 hours after the service. For damages reported by clients where the origin of our associates is questionable, we reserve the right to continue offering services in the future.

N&D Cleaning Service LLC offers the following services:

Residential and commercial cleaning.

Monthly memberships (with registered card) for weekly or monthly cleaning services.

Deep cleaning services, one-time cleanings, and move-in/move-out cleaning.

Additional services under cleaning package contracts, such as oven and refrigerator cleaning, dishwashing and drying, and organization and folding of laundry.

High-temperature steam disinfection.
Specific details and conditions for each service are described in the Services section on our website or in the documentation provided to the client.
2. Membership and Fees
The monthly membership includes unlimited cleanings during the month, subject to availability. The client must pay for the membership, excluding basements, and a special rate for each service, which includes 2 hours of service and 2 cleaners. Any additional hours will be charged at a variable rate.
For payments by card, an additional fee may apply.
Monthly cleanings do not include basements; additional cleaning services must be requested in advance and are subject to availability.

The client agrees to make payment at the end of each service unless otherwise specified in a membership or package agreement. N&D Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to apply additional fees for payments made with credit or debit cards.
4. Cancellation Policy
Service cancellations must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the service value.
N&D Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen conditions, such as adverse weather or staff availability, and in such cases, will notify the client as soon as possible.
5. Responsibility and Limitations
N&D House Cleaning is committed to providing a professional, reliable, and high-quality service. However, the company shall not be held liable for:
Loss of Personal Items:

Any claim regarding the loss of an item, must be reported within a maximum period of 24 hours after the service has been provided.

The client must provide clear, verifiable, and substantial evidence demonstrating N&D House Cleaning’s direct responsibility for the loss of the item in question.

After the 24 hour period has elapsed, the company will not assume liability for lost items unless conclusive and irrefutable evidence is presented proving its responsibility in the incident.

Clients are requested that, in the event they believe the company is responsible for the loss of a valuable item, they present concrete evidence before making any accusations. In the absence of verifiable proof, the company will not accept unfounded claims.

Clients are strongly encouraged to store their valuables in a secure location known only to them before the service begins to prevent any misunderstandings in the future.

N&D House Cleaning shall not be held responsible for any lost items if the client does not comply with the conditions set forth in this clause.
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Georgia and aims to ensure a transparent, fair, and equitable service for all parties involved.
6. Use of Products and Sustainability
With a commitment to the environment, N&D Cleaning Service LLC uses high-quality cleaning products in most of its services. However, if the client requires specific products or has allergies, they must notify us in advance to assess the feasibility of their use.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
N&D Cleaning Service LLC respects the privacy of our clients. Personal and contact information will be used solely to coordinate and manage services and will never be shared with third parties without prior consent, except as required by law.
8. Claims and Customer Satisfaction
Customer satisfaction is our priority. Any claims or complaints related to the service must be made within 24 hours after its completion so that we can take the necessary actions. N&D Cleaning Service LLC is committed to reviewing all claims and, when appropriate, rectifying any inconveniences.
9. Modifications and Updates
N&D Cleaning Service LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time and will notify clients of such changes through its website or email. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
